Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. (LPI) is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Southwestern Pennsylvania's next generation of diverse civic leaders. Through innovative programs, LPI equips participants to tackle tough issues and drive positive change in our region.

Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. provides three cohort-based programs to develop leaders in the greater Pittsburgh area:

Community Leadership Course for Veterans — developing the potential of post-9/11 veterans
Leadership Development Initiative — for high-potential young professionals
Leadership Pittsburgh — for established senior leaders
